Apartments

Every neighbourhood tells a different Venice. Find the one that's yours.

Our properties

Fifteen apartments across Venice’s most authentic neighbourhoods: Castello, San Polo, San Marco and Cannaregio. Each one has been selected and looked after to offer something beyond a place to sleep. You won’t find standard tourist accommodation here — these are spaces designed for people who want to experience Venice at the right pace, the pace of someone who stays rather than just passes through.

Properties are organised by area, so you can choose the neighbourhood that suits your stay. Whether you’re working on a project during the Biennale or taking your time exploring the city, there’s an apartment that fits how you travel. Digital check-in 24/7, fibre connection, and a team on hand for anything you need.

Sestiere San Polo

At the heart of Venice, San Polo holds the commercial soul of the Serenissima. From the stalls of the Rialto market to its historic calli, this sestiere offers an authentic experience between Venetian tradition and everyday life. Artisan boutiques, neighbourhood bacari, and a central position from which to explore the city.

RIALTO 5

Original frescoes on the ceilings and walls of a 17th-century palazzo. An open-plan mezzanine layout for those looking for something genuinely distinctive and a direct encounter with Venetian art.

Castello

The largest and most authentic sestiere in Venice, where local life still follows its own unhurried rhythms. Castello offers a quieter, less tourist-heavy side of the city — the Biennale gardens, the Arsenale, and views that rarely make it onto postcards. This is where slow travel finds its natural setting.

MELUSINA SUPERIOR TERRACE

Contemporary design inside a 18th-century palazzo, with a 35 sqm terrace overlooking the Venetian rooftops. A good fit for architects and creatives who need space, natural light, and somewhere private to decompress.

2 bedrooms | 35 sqm terrace | Fibre WiFi | Check-in 24/7 | Near Biennale

APPARTAMENTO SANDRO

In a quiet corner of Castello, a ground-floor apartment with a private courtyard. Central without being busy — a practical base for those working remotely.

CA DE LA CENISE

70 sqm with original 18th-century exposed beams. A mezzanine bedroom, an open and light-filled living area, and a short walk to the Biennale.

San Marco

The most iconic sestiere, the monumental and institutional heart of the Serenissima. Piazza San Marco, the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale — every stone here carries centuries of history. Staying in San Marco means waking up at the centre of Venetian power, in a neighbourhood where elegance has simply never gone out of fashion.

SAN MARCO

200 metres from Piazza San Marco, on a quiet side calle. A spacious two-bedroom apartment with a proper oven and a position that's hard to beat.

2 bedrooms | 70 sqm | Washing machine | WiFi | San Marco 200m

Cannareggio

The second-largest sestiere after Castello, and the one where Venice shows its most everyday face. Between the Jewish Ghetto and the fondamenta running alongside the canals, Cannaregio is where Venetians actually live. A neighbourhood that balances residential quiet with easy access to the historic centre.

ROOF TERRACE

A private altana on the rooftop with panoramic views over Venice. Outdoor space at this level is rare in the historic centre — this is the apartment for experiencing the city from above.

1 bedroom | Private altana | WiFi + Pocket WiFi | Washing machine | Panoramic view

What our guests say

Take our word for it — or rather, don’t. Read what the people who’ve actually stayed here have to say: architects in town for the Biennale, families, creatives, solo travellers. Their accounts speak more plainly than any description we could write.
