My Apartment is one of those places where you can tell that thought has gone into the furnishings. It’s not anonymous — it has a clear aesthetic, considered details, a look that makes a difference. 40 square metres laid out sensibly: a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed for a third guest, a equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The windows look onto gardens, so you have a green outlook rather than the usual Venetian walls — which makes the spaces brighter and more pleasant to be in. It’s on a quiet residential street in Castello, one of those calli where the silence holds and daily Venetian life carries on without mass tourism. First floor, so one flight of stairs, but nothing demanding. Fully equipped with everything you need — a good fit for a couple or three friends who want to be comfortable without excess.

My Apartment covers 40 square metres on the first floor of a typical Venetian building on a quiet residential street in Castello. A private entrance leads into a hallway connecting the different areas. The living room is bright and looks out onto the gardens through wide windows, with a sofa bed for a third guest.
The kitchen is integrated into the living space and fully equipped — hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything needed for cooking. There’s a dining area with table and chairs. The bedroom is separate and has a double bed with comfortable room to move around. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit. The furnishings throughout are considered: colours, furniture and accessories have been chosen with a clear aesthetic in mind. The garden view adds light and makes the space more pleasant to live in.
