Booking

You can book directly on our website, or get in touch by email or phone. We’re also on Booking and Airbnb, but booking directly means you avoid the commission fees.

Yes. For stays of more than 7 nights we offer dedicated rates. Write to us for a tailored quote.

 

Yes, but only in certain apartments. Let us know at the time of booking and we’ll tell you which ones are pet-friendly.

Check-in and check-out

Digital check-in, available 24/7. You’ll receive a personal code by email or SMS and can let yourself in whenever you arrive, without waiting for anyone.

From 15:00, but since it’s digital you can arrive at any time. If you arrive earlier and the apartment is ready, we’ll let you know.

By 11:00. If you need a late check-out, that’s possible: 50% of the daily rate until 14:00, and the full rate after 14:00.

 

Yes — we offer complimentary luggage storage in the apartment itself, both before arrival and after departure.

Services and amenities

Yes, all our apartments have a fibre optic connection — reliable for remote working.

Yes, in most apartments. If it’s important to you, mention it when booking.

We have ground-floor apartments with no stairs, well suited to guests with mobility constraints. Ask us and we’ll point you to the most suitable option.

Yes, everything is included. You’ll find clean, good-quality linen in every apartment.

Our team of three is always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. We respond quickly — no chatbots.

Yes, our team speaks both Italian and English.

For stays of more than 7 nights, yes. For shorter stays, cleaning is included at the end of the stay only.

Cancellations

It depends on the platform you book through. If you book directly with us, we apply flexible terms: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
