The position is hard to beat: you’re steps from the Ponte di Rialto, so crossing it ten times a day is simply part of moving around, not an event. The market is right outside: in the morning you can go down and pick up fresh fish and vegetables from the stalls, the way Venetians do. Two separate bedrooms give privacy for families or groups; the sofa bed in the living room takes a fifth person. The kitchen is properly equipped, so you can cook with whatever you’ve bought at the market. The vaporetto stop is close, connecting you easily to the rest of the city — the station, the airport, the islands. How the apartment is laid out
Rialto 1 covers 60 square metres on the first floor of a building in the heart of San Polo, steps from the Ponte di Rialto. A private entrance opens onto a well-organised space on a single level with no internal stairs. The living area is spacious and light-filled, with a sofa bed for a fifth guest.
The kitchen is integrated into the living space and fully equipped — hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and everything needed for cooking. There’s a dining area with table and chairs, a natural setting for a meal after a morning at the market. The two bedrooms are separate: one has a double bed, the other has single beds (configuration to be confirmed), well suited to families with children or groups of friends. The bathroom has a bidet, shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit. Blackout curtains, wardrobes, extra pillows and blankets are all included. Washing machine and dryer are available in the building at an extra charge.
