The building dates to the 1700s, one of those Venetian palazzi that still has an imposing entrance and an Istrian stone staircase. You understand immediately that this is a different kind of place. The spaces are airy thanks to the high ceilings typical of historic palazzi — 50 square metres where genuine vintage sits alongside modern comforts, including a fully updated bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine, with a dining area alongside.
