Yes — the apartment is on the second floor, so two flights of stairs. If stairs are a difficulty or you have very heavy luggage, one of our ground-floor apartments such as Appartamento Sandro or Ca de la Cenise would be a better fit. If stairs aren’t an issue, the position is worth it.
No — there’s no washing machine in the apartment. If that’s a priority, Ca Melusina or Ca de la Cenise would suit you better. For shorter stays where a central position matters most, this apartment is hard to beat.
Yes — the kitchen has a gas hob and a proper oven, not just a microwave. You can cook with whatever you pick up at the market in the morning: fresh fish, vegetables, bread. There’s also an espresso machine. A number of our guests go down to the market first thing and cook at home in the evening.
Automatic self check-in via Smart Lock. You receive the code before arrival and can let yourself in whenever you like. There’s no private building entrance — access is through the shared building entrance — but the Smart Lock gives you full autonomy. Luggage storage is available if you arrive early or leave late.
