Melusina Homes began with Andrea\u2019s decision to invest in Venice in a different way. Not to ride the wave of mass tourism, but to build something more sustainable: carefully maintained apartments, a present and reliable team, and guests who value quality over a budget bed.<\/p>

We started by selecting apartments in the real neighbourhoods of Venice: Castello, San Polo, San Marco and Cannaregio. Places where Venetians actually live, away from the day-trip crowds. Today we manage 15 homes, each with its own character, all held to the same standard of care.<\/p>
